How quickly can I expect to receive my order?

All orders for stock items received Monday - Friday,  before 11am, are dispatched the same day. If your order is placed after 11am it will usually be sent the next working day.

Northern and Southern Ireland orders are sent by parcel delivery and usually arrive within 1-2 working days. UK mainland orders normally take 2-3 days, heavier items are normally sent by freight carrier and may take 1 additional day to arrive.

If an item is unsuitable - can I exchange it?
